Posted October 15, 2018 07:06:23By Ankit Bhargava and Gyanendra ChoudharyWith the country’s economy growing at a steady clip and its infrastructure improving, Nepal is turning to the international tech community to help build its infrastructure and attract tech talent.
That’s why the country is now looking for more foreign talent to help it grow.
This is the first time the government of Nepal has created a training program specifically for software developers in the country, with the aim of increasing Nepali’s software developer workforce by 25 percent in the next five years.
This training program, called the Nepal Software Developer Program, or PGS, is part of a wider push by the government to increase the countrys software development workforce by creating jobs in the IT sector.
The government is also encouraging companies to hire Nepali workers from abroad, in an effort to help bring more Nepali-born engineers into the Nepali workforce.
The program will train Nepali developers through a series of modules designed to help them learn to code.
The goal of the PGS is to train Nepalese developers to create software for Nepali clients that are more affordable, secure and open source.
Developers are also encouraged to work remotely from the country and to develop software to support the Nepaleses government and industry.
The training will be provided by PGS-funded organizations, which include the Nepalee Software Development Association (NSDAA), Nepalesse Software Development Institute, and the Nepal Development Institute.
The Nepalesen government has also funded the program with a grant from the World Bank.
The Nepalesus government is taking a more international approach in terms of its training programs.
The country has been working with international companies to help create jobs in Nepal, and Nepali government officials are working with companies to recruit engineers from the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, Singapore and other countries.
The government is now asking for foreign software developers to come and work in Nepal in a few months, and hopes to attract more than 10,000 applicants, according to an official announcement on the Nepalian government’s website.
